As an Associate General Counsel at American Airlines, she directed a team of 25 legal professionals managing complex employment, benefits, environmental, and immigration issues, while pioneering the company’s Supplier Diversity Program. Her background also includes practicing law at major firms and serving as a staff attorney for Chrysler Motors Corporation.
